Leadership today requires far more than technical expertise or a strong track record. Senior leaders are expected to guide organizations through constant change, make high-stakes decisions, inspire others through uncertainty, and sustain performance in increasingly complex environments. Having a trusted thought partner creates the space to step out of the day-to-day demands of leadership and think more strategically about what matters most.
